The eligibility to submit the form is either you are in your retirement year (58 years) or after 50 years (early retirement at reduced pension). Furthermore, the member or their nominee (in case of the member's death) has to fill and submit the form.
You must visit the EPFO website and enter your UAN (Universal Account Number), password and captcha. You then click on the 'Online Services Tab' and choose the option “Claim (Form 31, Form 19, Form 10C and Form 10D)”. Enter your bank account number linked with your PF account and click on 'Verify'.
Log in to the portal by entering your UAN number and password and then click on 'Sign In'. Under 'Online Services', select the option ''Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D'. An auto-filled form will be displayed on your screen. Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account and verify it.
